Compressed air system: Equal emphasis on energy efficiency and reliability


 The maintenance of screw compressors needs to take into account both efficiency and service life:

 
Lubrication system: Replace the synthetic lubricating oil every 1000 hours and use a particle counter to test the oil's cleanliness (NAS grade 8 or below). A certain automobile factory has extended the oil change cycle from 2,000 hours to 3,000 hours through an online oil monitoring system, saving 380,000 yuan in lubricating oil costs annually.
2. Air filtration: Clean the intake filter monthly and replace the filter element when the pressure drop exceeds 500Pa. Due to the clogging of the filter element, the dust content in the compressed air of a certain food enterprise exceeded the standard. After transforming to a self-cleaning filter element, the defect rate of the products dropped from 0.8% to 0.1%.
3. Leakage control: Regularly inspect the pipelines with ultrasonic detectors. After the leakage points are repaired, the system energy consumption is reduced by 15%. A certain electronics factory detected cooler leakage through infrared thermal imaging, avoiding abnormal humidity in the workshop caused by compressed air leakage.
